Can anybody tell me where to apply for over flight permit if we are over flying Diego Garcia?
Diego Garcia is a British overseas territory, but it's been given to USA for lease (thats what I heard). So who will give OVER FLIGHT PERMIT, USA or UK or Diego Garcia itself?
