I am worried about Libya, can anybody tell me about safety in flying over Libya?

We have so many flights operating in and out of the several countries outlying Libya which needs to fly over Libya, now we are flying around them. If anybdy know about this, please help.

Its been told that a NO-Fly zone is under practise over libya, so better avoid the country and fly around, before you been hit by NATO aircrafts or from the fighting team in ground.
